Tom St. Germain has been practicing bankruptcy law for over 25 years. He has been admitted to practice law in Louisiana since 1997 and was originally admitted to the bar in the State of California in 1993. He is admitted to practice before the state and numerous federal courts in Louisiana, California, and Washington. He has represented debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. He has confirmed numerous plans in Chapters 11 and 12 on behalf of debtors, including some cases with debts in excess of $35,000,000.00.
Mr. St. Germain also represents clients in debt-related negotiations and litigation, both out of court and in state and federal courts.
Mr. St. Germain is a magna cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt University (BA, Economics, 1990) and a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles Law School (JD, 1993). He is married, has three children, and coaches his son's soccer team.
